Lawrence Mentkowski

Prior to joining our Buffalo team, Lawrence Mentkowski had a variety of workplace experience, including General Manager, Vice-President of Operations, Vice President and General Manager at several companies in the electronics, automotive, aerospace and defense machining, and process industries.  Mr. Mentkowski has extensive experience in manufacturing, materials, purchasing, HR, accounting, and general management and is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society.  He is a former member of Vistage, an organization dedicated to enhancing the leadership skills of executives in entrepreneurial companies.  He was also a board member of the Industrial Forum of Easter Erie County and the Camerata Orchestra.  Mr. Mentkowski received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Buffalo.

Lawrence is currently President of Kung Fu Self Defense, which specializes in self-defense, wellness, and active shooter training for the private and public sectors, with 50-years of experience in self-defense training.
